• Breaking a monopolized market with the introduction of a 3rd GSM operator (Cosmote, now Telekom), enhancing competition and significantly lowering prices for end-users.
• Launched Romania’s first Powerline Communication (PLC) project, delivering internet through power lines.
• Pioneering "Ghiseul.ro," the country's first government-to-citizen online payment interface.
• Implemented legislation that has enabled Romania to maintain one of the fastest internet speeds in Europe till this day.
• Expanded internet access in rural areas.

As a businessman and mentor, Zsolt’s top achievements include:

• Securing hotel management agreements with top international brands like Starwood, Corinthia and Accor for the Romanian Market.
• Developing renewable energy projects (4 wind farms and 2 photovoltaic initiatives).
• Leading M&A activities in the telecom sector.
